Responsibilities Develop packaging designs that align with brand identity and product objectives. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling visual concepts. Design e-commerce assets, including Amazon listings and A+ content, to enhance customer engagement. Ensure consistency in visual elements across various platforms and materials. Prepare design files for production and conduct quality checks to maintain high standards. Assist in brainstorming and executing creative ideas for branding and marketing campaigns. Adapt designs based on feedback while maintaining a positive and collaborative approach. Stay updated on design trends and e-commerce best practices to continuously improve output. Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions with innovative ideas. Requirements 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, including internships or freelance work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Foundational knowledge of packaging design and web/digital design principles. Ability to learn and apply Amazon listing design and e-commerce strategies. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Positive attitude with the ability to accept and implement constructive feedback. Must have access to a personal laptop for immediate use. Effective time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
