Sanitation Associate in Carrollton, TX, $21/hr

2nd shift, $23.10/hr

1. Shift 2: 1PM – 9:30PM - 10% shift diff

Set schedules – 2 days off in a row, might work weekends

Requirements

• Previous custodial experience required, preferably in warehouse or industrial manufacturing environments
• Spanish / English bilingual a plus.
• Familiarity with food processing standards and sanitation practices is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks consistently throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays if required.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of all equipment, surfaces, and work areas in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Execute industrial cleaning tasks using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment.
• Assist in the fabrication process by ensuring that all tools and machinery are clean and sanitized before use.
• Conduct regular inspections of sanitation practices to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage waste disposal effectively, ensuring that all waste is handled according to company policies.
• Support food production operations by maintaining a clean environment that promotes food safety.
• Engage in heavy lifting as required, moving materials and equipment safely throughout the facility.
