Overview

Friesen Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive financing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a positive and transparent experience for every customer. As an F&I Manager, you will be responsible for securing financing, presenting protection products, ensuring compliance, and supporting the sales team in achieving dealership goals.

• Manage the entire vehicle financing and contract process for customers.

• Present and clearly explain extended warranties, protection packages, GAP coverage, and other F&I products.

• Work closely with lenders to obtain competitive financing and approval options.

• Ensure all deals are compliant with federal, state, and dealership regulations (including accurate paperwork and proper disclosures).

• Review all sales contracts for accuracy before submission.

• Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and lenders.

• Support the sales team by helping structure deals that maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.

• Protect customer information and uphold strict confidentiality policies.

• Track and report F&I performance metrics, product penetration, and profitability.

• Stay knowledgeable about incentive programs, rate changes, compliance requirements, and industry trends.

• Provide exceptional customer service by guiding customers through the finance process with clarity and professionalism.

• Prior automotive F&I experience strongly preferred.

• Strong understanding of lender guidelines, credit applications, lease/loan structures, and F&I regulations.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to maintain accuracy, meet deadlines, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Professional appearance and strong ethical standards.

• Experience with dealership management software (CDK, Reynolds, or similar) preferred.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
