Executive Assistant - Temp-to-Hire
Location: Aliso Viejo, CA (Fully Onsite)

We are seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide direct support to our clients Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO). This is a temp-to-hire, fully onsite role in Aliso Viejo, offering an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of a dynamic and growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Provide comprehensive executive support, including heavy calendar management, scheduling meetings, and organizing daily priorities.
• 
  Plan and coordinate large-scale events and other corporate meetings.
• 
  Prepare polished PowerPoint presentations and assist with internal and external communications.
• 
  Manage expense reports, travel arrangements, and related logistics.
• 
  Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts to ensure efficiency and alignment.
• 
  Serve as a point of contact for cross-functional teams and external partners with the utmost professionalism.
  

Qualifications:

• 
  5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• 
  Strong technical proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• 
  Proven experience with event planning and executive-level calendar management.
• 
  Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• 
  Ability to work independently while maintaining a service-minded, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
• 
  Experience in home building or related industry is a strong plus.
