Promotes and sells memberships and spa services. Supervises member accounts and billing processes. Formulates and monitors budget, expenditures, and revenue forecast. Performs the duties of subordinate staff as needed. Completes all required training/compliance courses as assigned. Adheres to company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures. Performs other related duties as assigned. Key Skills And Experience Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the spa services field. Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in the spa service field. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to interpret and create policies, procedures, and manuals. Excellent customer service. Ability to establish and maintain a collaborative working relationship. Ability to interpret and build spreadsheets. Use good judgment; work independently, with minimal direction. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to switch tasks within established timeframes. Basic math skills. Cash handling skills (count currency, make and count back change).
