Derivatives Trader - Proprietary Trading Firm (NYC/Chicago)

Our client, a well-established proprietary trading firm, is looking for Derivatives Traders to join their teams in New York or Chicago.

About the role:

• Manage individual and shared strategies on the trading desk.
• Collaborate with colleagues to come up with new ideas and establish best practice.
• Continuously optimize trades and pricing.

What's on Offer:

• $180,000-200,000 and performance based bonuses (based on PnL splits).
• Working alongside highly established traders and C-suite in a highly collaborative environment.
• Central New York or Chicago offices.

About you:

• 2+ years of trading desk experience.
• Strong risk management skills.
• Passion for trading with an entrepreneurial mindset.
