Company main stream of business is new construction residential single family and multifamily up to 5 stories in the City of Chicago.
*Experience with such types of construction is a must. *
We have built more than 300 homes in the Chicago area

The Construction Superintendent has basic responsibilities and tasks may vary depending on the project and work day. It will be essential for this individual to be flexible, make decisions, and communicate direction to others effectively.

* Thoroughly Examine Project Drawings, so you know and understand the project in great detail
* Coordinate and lead inspections and commission of day-to-day construction work, to enforce conformity to specifications
* Supervise subcontractors from start to finish and ensures all work is done to Standards
* Maintain and follow construction schedule
* Schedule, communicate and confirm all work and deliveries with subcontractors, consultants and vendors
* Maintain an organized job site
* Review and log inspection reports
* Be punctual and maintain excellent attendance
* Act as an adviser and problem solver on job related issues
* Communicate with project team

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
