YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A CONSTRUCTION MANAGER - CM

Your mornings as a Construction Manager - CM start with reviewing project updates and connecting with your team. From there, you coordinate with contractors to keep budgets, schedules, and safety measures running smoothly. When you visit sites, you ensure quality and compliance, resolve challenges quickly, and keep subcontractors moving forward together. Throughout the day, you document progress, provide clear updates to stakeholders, and finish strong by planning for the next big project.

Here's what you need to join our home restoration company:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 5+ years of construction management experience - multi-family housing, market-rate, or hospitality (hotel) preferred
• Proven record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Deep knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices; historic restoration required
• Strong contract knowledge (AIA), estimating, and project management tools expertise
• Exceptional communicator with a knack for fostering collaboration in remote environments
• Skilled leader who motivates teams, influences stakeholders, and drives results
• Independent, proactive problem-solver with a passion for tackling challenges head-on

Bonus points if you have:

• CCM or PMP certification
• Experience with Section 3, DBE, Davis-Bacon standards
• Knowledge of tax credits, green building standards, or historic restoration programs
