What We’re Looking For:

• A strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication skills – we value transparency and teamwork.
• Comfortable with technology and smart devices (no experience required – we’ll train you!).
• A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Ability to travel for jobs as needed.
• Physical fitness and ability to handle tasks such as lifting, climbing, crawling, and kneeling.
• Willingness to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

What You’ll Do:

• Load and prepare materials, tools, and equipment for each job.
• Install foundation, crawlspace, and concrete solutions using the best practices and methods in the industry.
• Keep your truck organized and in top condition.
• Provide exceptional service and create a positive experience for every customer.

Compensation:
$17 - $20 per hour plus incentive, with earning potential between $50,000 - $100,000 per year.
