Responsible for leading communication strategy for a specific line of business or industry and creating internal/external communications plans and programs for stakeholders within the firm specifically to build RSM's market position externally and drive internal client-centric behaviors, organizational alignment (across various business units, industry, global), technical knowledge and growth. The communications director will be responsible for building strong relationships and developing multi-channel, compelling strategies, tactics and deliverables to inform, engage and inspire stakeholders with programs in collaboration with their assigned CMG team and communicators leading other business units, industry and geographic focus areas to create strategies, synergies and repeatable models.
Location : This position will be located in a major metropolitan market where RSM has an office. The role will be expected to be in the office building relationships with teammates, owners and employees on a regular basis to be determined with their career advisor.
Collaborate with CMG leaders, CMG teams, operational teams and additional stakeholders to effectively create and execute communications to support the firm's line of business.

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. Pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $126,500 - $223,900
Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
