Relocation assistance to Kansas City, MO will be provided.
Position Summary

The Commercial Parking Manager oversees the daily operations of one or multiple commercial parking facilities, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and excellent customer service. This role is responsible for staff management, revenue tracking, client relations, and operational compliance. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience in parking operations, customer service, and financial oversight.

Primary Objective

To ensure the efficient, profitable, and customer?focused operation of commercial parking facilities by overseeing daily management, staff performance, financial accountability, and client satisfaction. The Commercial Parking Manager optimizes parking operations, maintains safety and compliance, and delivers a seamless parking experience while driving revenue growth and operational excellence.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities


Client Relationship Management

Serving as the main point of contact with each property, the Manager fosters open communication, promptly addresses concerns, and ensures contractual obligations are met.

Daily Operational Oversight

Handles scheduling, staffing, and quality assurance at each location, with frequent site visits to identify and resolve operational issues.

Financial And Administrative Tasks

Tracks site?level revenue, payroll, and expenses, collaborating with the Regional Director on cost?control measures and accurate record?keeping.

Team Supervision And Training

Recruits and trains hourly associates, sets performance goals, and provides coaching to maintain a supportive, customer?focused environment.

Communication And Reporting

Provides weekly summaries and performance reports to the Regional Director and, when necessary, coordinates quickly with staff or leadership via personal devices.

Travel And Communication

Travels for site visits and new account launches, maintaining regular communication and timely updates to leadership.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Engages staff in planning and decision?making, provides feedback, supports skill development, and promotes continuous process improvements.

Additional Responsibilities

Performs other tasks as assigned to support operational and financial objectives, attending staff meetings and completing training modules promptly. Flexible work hours, including financial close periods and occasional corporate meetings, may be required.

Competency/Qualifications


Knowledge and Critical Skills/Expertise

Demonstrates expertise in client relationship management, analytical and problem?solving abilities, training and leadership, payroll management, technological proficiency, communication, reporting, adaptability, and flexibility.

Certificates And Licenses

A valid drivers license and reliable transportation are required, with an acceptable motor vehicle record (no more than three moving violations in three years). A clean background check is required. No special certifications are necessary.

Education/Experience

High school diploma or GED; at least 1 year of supervisory and related customer service/hospitality experience preferred. Management or leadership training/certifications/business experience preferred.

Work Environment

Indoor and outdoor settings requiring collaboration with teams, vendors, and clients, using computers, phones, and outdoor operations. Exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, wet environments, and vehicle traffic is expected.

Physical Demands

Extended standing and walking; lifts moderate weights. Vision requirements include distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustments.

Cell Phone Use

Employees may use personal cell phones for work communication. Reimbursement follows company policy.
