About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to lead the operations of its acute-care facility. The CAO will be responsible for providing leadership in all business development initiatives, working with the senior management team to identify and pursue business opportunities, and ensuring the facility meets necessary regulatory and compliance standards. This role involves partnering with physicians, managing costs, and maintaining positive relations with the local community. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's and Master's degree in a related field, 5-7 years of demonstrated successful leadership in an acute care hospital, and a strong background in financial management and analysis in healthcare. Key responsibilities for the CAO include overseeing the overall operations of the facility, maintaining professional ethics, and providing guidance on major construction projects and hospital operations. The role also requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to design and implement strategic plans. The CAO will be expected to have a strong focus on customer service, be adept at negotiating, and have the ability to analyze financial data and plan for long-range objectives. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a proven track record in growing hospital revenue, meeting budgetary goals, and ensuring the highest standards of ethical behavior.
