Role: Business Analyst

Duration: 6 month contract to hire

Location: Huntington Beach, CA, On-site 5 days a week

Job Description

• They run over 250 applications across city-limited analysts who manage these applications (Sas based to larger)

• They use Oracle JDE ERP
• Understanding and answering questions on the applications
• At least 2-3 years of experience in one of the ERP systems/software
• Program management
• Project management
• Handling customers-everyone who works in the city

One of Core Enterprise system which they're currently using:

Oracle JD Edwards (JDE)

• Functional and technical expertise in Financials, HRMS, and Procurement.

• Experience with JDE CNC architecture, development tools, and system integrations.

• Integration with iNovah, Kronos, and billing/payment systems.

Accela Automation

• Familiarity with land management, permitting, and code enforcement modules.

• Proficient in scripting (JavaScript), report customization, and Accela Admin Tools.

• Integration with ESRI GIS and Laserfiche.

CIS Infinity

• Utility billing expertise including customer workflows, metering, and collections.

• Integration with Aclara, MyMeter, InvoiceCloud, and other utility platforms.

iNovah

• Cashiering and revenue collection systems.

• Integration with ERP and external payment gateways.
