Job Posting: Boiler Mechanic/Trainee

Are you passionate about boiler mechanics and eager to learn a wide range of skills, from turn-of-the-century systems to cutting-edge modern equipment? Fischer Heating and Air is looking for a dedicated Boiler Mechanic/Trainee to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to dive into both classic and modern boiler systems, working alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with both vintage and modern boiler equipment, including diagnostics, repairs, and refits
• Learn and utilize tools such as manometers, combustion analyzers, and multi-meters
• Diagnose line and low-voltage controls (experience preferred)
• Refit, repipe, and repair century-old radiators and piping systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Licenses (or ability to acquire within 6 months):
  • EPA 2 or Unlimited
  • EL6A - HVAC/R Electrical License
  • Seattle Gas Piping License
