Job Description
We're currently looking to hire experienced Front Desk Receptionists.
The ideal candidate has great manners, an easy smile and is someone who is able to multitask in a busy environment.
Bilingual ( English/Spanish ) is a PLUS.
Duties will include but not limited to:
*Greeting clients and seeing to their comfort
*Answering telephones
*Scheduling appointments
*Placing orders
*Maintaining the smooth operation of the desk, reception area and salon.
REQUIREMENTS :
* All day availability Tuesday thru Saturday
* Strong work ethic and Customer Service skills
* At least 2+ years of previous experience as a Receptionist in a Beauty Salon/Spa IS A MUST
* Reliable, trustworthy and absolutely punctual for work
* Excellent English speaking with communication skills
* PC and keyboard skills
* Flexible schedule, needing 30 to 40 hours weekly
* Excellent hourly pay ( BOE and starting at $19 per hour )
