**Location:** Manhattan, NYC

**Position:** Full-Time Administrative Assistant

**Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

**Salary:** Starting at $60,000 annually

**Company Overview:**

We are a dynamic real estate firm specializing in both commercial and residential properties across New York State and select out-of-state locations. Our company is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients and tenants, and we are looking for an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our operations.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Field messages and emails from tenants and vendors to ensure timely communication and resolution of inquiries.

- Coordinate repair requests with vendors and tenants, scheduling and following up on maintenance work as needed.

-Work to clear violations on properties. 

- Collaborate with building staff and tenants to ensure smooth operation and address any concerns that may arise.

- Assist the bookkeeper with various tasks, including check deposits, scanning, and filing documents accurately and efficiently.

- Maintain organized records and documentation related to properties, tenant communications, and ongoing repairs.

- Perform on-site visits to properties as required to oversee maintenance procedures and gather information.

- Utilize applications, including Gmail and Dropbox for efficient communication and document management.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in the real estate management industry

- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with tenants, vendors.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc)

- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
