Our client, a leader in the medical device industry, is seeking an Assembler 1 to join their team. As an Assembler 1, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production of high-quality medical devices. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a willingness to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler 1

Location: Sandy, UT

Pay Range: $17.50/h

Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM | Mon - Thurs AND Sunday night (3rd shift) 8:30 PM - 5:00 AM Monday morning

What's the Job?

• Perform a variety of tasks involved in the fabrication, manufacture, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices.
• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment as required.
• Conduct quality inspections on the processing line in accordance with established quality specifications.
• Work within clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhere to quality guidelines.
• Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team goals.

What's Needed?

• One year of manufacturing assembly experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with co-workers and supervisors.
• Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications written in English.
• Basic math skills and the ability to use measurement tools, such as microscopes.
• Willingness to work flexible and/or extended hours and maintain punctual attendance.
