As an Airport Customer Service Assistant, you'll provide friendly, professional support to passengers and visitors at the Durango-La Plata County Airport (DRO). You'll assist travelers with directions and airport information, monitor the TSA exit lane for security compliance, help with parking lot issues, enforce curbside parking rules, and keep an eye on the terminal to ensure safety, security, and smooth operations. You'll also stay in regular communication with airport staff and employees to coordinate services and respond quickly to any issues.
