We are seeking an Account Manager in Dallas, TX to play a critical role in supporting our sales operations and driving revenue growth. This position works closely with Sales Representatives to manage accounts, streamline processes, and ensure seamless execution from opportunity through order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and highly collaborative, with a strong understanding of sales workflows and internal coordination. Acting as a key liaison between Sales, Operations, and internal teams, this role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and an exceptional buyer experience. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day account activity, processing sales and purchase orders, maintaining accurate records, tracking order status, and coordinating with vendors and internal departments to resolve issues. The Account Manager also supports data entry, reporting, and process improvements to enhance scalability and operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience using Google G Suite (Sheets, Docs, etc.)
  • Average typing speed of 38–40 WPM
  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in account management, sales support, customer service, or administrative sales roles preferred

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
