What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Manage user access requests, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and modifications based on control policies
• Identify and resolve access issues while ensuring compliance with security policies
• Monitor and respond to notifications regarding employee status changes, adjusting access as necessary
• Conduct regular access reviews to validate appropriate user access and remove outdated access
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and department leadership on onboarding and offboarding processes

What is Required (Qualifications):

• High school diploma
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with access reviews, audit preparation, and compliance reporting
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and access control best practices
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail
• Proficient in using Excel, Microsoft Entra ID, and access tracking tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or FreshService
• Familiarity with productivity tools like Power BI, SharePoint, and SmartSheet
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage and navigate insurance/payer portals for administrative tasks
