Position Overview Printed Solid Inc., a leader in the 3D printing industry and a Prusa Research Company. We are hiring a 3D Printing Customer Support Rep. Our customers vary from government, corporate and education users to people who just got their first printer. We also cater to people who like to build from scratch and modify printers and every skill level in between. Are you ready for the challenge? Are you able to help us keep response times to under 24 business hours for customer satisfaction? Key Responsibilities Strong 3D printing knowledge Desire to continue to learn more about 3D printing Strong customer support via email and phone and live chat Ticketing systems like freshdesk Microsoft Excel, Word Ability to work independently to solve problems Ability to take initiative and manage multiple tasks to completion Motivated to proactively identify and implement process improvements Ability to partner with a global team to obtain needed results Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Job is not a remote position Benefits Competitive salary.
