Liz came to the healing arts by way of a circuitous path over the past 10 years. After raising three children, and going through a divorce, she sought ways to heal her mind, body and spirit. In the process, she began learning about the extensive healing opportunities available within alternative medicine. After personally experiencing the powerful healing benefits of Healing Touch and Reiki, Liz became passionate about guiding others to move beyond the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual blocks preventing them from living joyful and balanced lives.

Liz has had extensive training in her modality, and continues to expand her knowledge with advanced coursework. She specializes in treating pain, headaches and grief. However, her work can be used to treat a diverse range of conditions or for relaxation.

In addition to her private practice, Liz has offered volunteer healing sessions since 2015 at Pathways Crisis Healing Center in Minneapolis. She has experience helping clients with symptoms due to cancer, lymph congestion, autoimmune disease, hormonal imbalances, headaches, digestive issues, high blood pressure, post-operative energetic disturbances, anesthesia toxicity, neurological disorders, arthritis/bursitis, stress, low energy, depression, grief, insomnia, abuse, trauma, Lyme's disease, fibromyalgia, and pain.

During a session, you will rest comfortably, and fully clothed on a massage table while Liz expertly weaves together techniques from Healing Touch, Reiki, and Therapeutic Touch. Essential oils and healing crystals are used to improve your experience and enhance the healing potential of your session. A session with Liz is relaxing, deeply restorative, and customized to meet each client's healing needs.
